How to Order
It is easy as 1-2-3 to complete your order!
Step 1: Purchase Your Perfect Display Solution
Browse through our selection of display banners, pop up displays, and more to find just what you need. When you have found the product you would like to order, please select the option you want and click the “Add to Cart” button. You can continue shopping or click the top right corner “Shopping Cart” to view your cart or process the checkout.
You may check out as a guest, or create an account with Element Display for easy ordering in the future. If you’ve registered an account in the past, enter your login information and we’ll automatically pull up your shipping and billing information. Be sure to include any special instructions or deadline.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Master/American Express) or debit card. After placing the order, an email will be sent with order detail (an order ID will be created).
If you want to order custom product, e.g. custom size banner, please call us or email us. We are happy to assist you.
Step 2: Upload your artwork
After you’ve completed the checkout process, send us your artwork file by
1. email: email@example.com with attachment (under 10mb)
2. upload through this link : https://www.sendthisfile.com/f.jsp?id=PLWQh4xt6TfwXprQWNbeiCOi
3. email us your ftp or dropbox link with password (if applicable)
Please quote the order ID number in your message.
Step 3: Confirm Your Order
We will email you whether the file is good to print or not. If it is good to print, we will email low-resolution proof file(s) for approval. Once you approve, we will start production. An expected shipping date / pick up available date will be sent to you. A shipping information email with courier tracking number or ready to pick up email will be sent thereafter.
