Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Production begins only after we have received your order payment in full and once approval has been given on the graphic proof. To receive your order as quickly as possible, please provide a print-ready graphic in our approved file formats and respond to our proof emails quickly. Our turnaround time varies per product and does not include shipping times. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping provider to get your product to you based on variables such as speed, handling, cost and availability.

Shipping costs are based on courier pricing, but alternate shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, local courier, etc. may be used at our discretion.

Our recommended shipping provider is UPS/Purolator.

Delivery timeframe: Orders are dispatched within 3 business days from completion of your print job (if applicable). Goods are delivered Canada wide using UPS or Purolator or FedEx or other couriers, and shipping times are estimated at between 1-10 business days depending on your delivery address within Canada.

We offer the option to pick up in-store during business hours. If you would like to take advantage of this option, please check the In-store Pickup option at checkout. Our store is located at 757 McKay Rd. Unit 1, Pickering ON L1W3C8.

We provide our shipping costs on a variable basis and reserve the right to make adjustments as needed. Large and heavy items such as pop up displays may require special shipping and handling.
